It is with pride that we look back at the Winter Auctions of 2022! More than 1.500 lots were up for auction, including jewellery, silver, Asian Art, Asian and European porcelain, furniture, European glassware, sculptures, and decorative art. This successful series of auctions fetched more than 1,7 million in sales, with close to 75 percent of all lots sold.
Our Home & Interiors: Antique Furniture & Design, Ceramics & Decorative Art auction on 15 December 2022 included a peculiar lot: a silver box containing a lock of hair and a handwritten note stating that the lock of hair was taken from the body of President George Washington. This item with an interesting provenance was highlighted by the Dutch TV channel Omroep West, Dutch radio channel NOS Radio 1 and children's news broadcast NOS Jeugdjournaal.

In an auction titled ‘The Antoon Gaemers Collection – Four Generations of Chronometry’, his collection, including clocks, wrist- and pocket watches, tools for clock- and watchmakers, watch keys and books, was on offer. The auction was very successful.
