Since Escher’s first big retrospective exhibition happened in this city and it still holds one of the biggest collections of Escher’s works, The Hague is certainly a beautiful place to celebrate this anniversary!
Escher’s art can be found all over The Hague this year: in exhibitions and during events, and artworks inspired by Escher can even be found on various buildings.
