Maya Wildevuur's heritage: The final treasures

It is with pride that we announce our upcoming ‘Maya Wildevuur’s Heritage: the final treasures’ auction! The joyful and extensive oeuvre of this iconic artist is well-known in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, the world had to say goodbye to her last year, but her influence on Dutch art is undeniable. 

This auction offers works with many subjects that she was well-known for: her exuberant flower still lifes, cheerful portraits, colourful landscapes and abstract artworks.

Dates and locations

You can place your bids between 20 March and 3 April on our website. You can also peruse the collection in person during the viewing days. These will be on 23 and 24 March at ‘Boerderij Fraeylemaborg’ (Hoofdweg 28, Slochteren), from 11 AM to 5 PM. It is not necessary to schedule an appointment.

Instructions online bidding

  1. Go to venduehuis.com and click on ‘My profile’ in the top right corner. Log into your account or create one.
  2. Go to the auction by clicking here and click on the object you want to bid on.
  3. There are two ways to place your bids:
    1. Place a direct bid: Fill in your desired bid or use the suggested bid. Click on ‘Place a bid’ and follow the instructions.
    2. Place a maximum bid: Click on ‘Set your max bid’. If the lot receives a counterbid, the system will automatically raise your bid with one set increment, until your maximum bid has been reached.
